The Tramedic™ Burn Care Sub Kit comes inside each of the Tramedic™ Trauma Kits and can be purchased alone here. This kit is designed to provide the caregiver the necessary tools to help someone suffering from a moderate to severe burn. The Burn Care Sub Kit features the innovative WATER-JEL burn dressing which is to be put on the burn immediately, which will stop the burning process, cool the burned area, relieve pain, help prevent infection, and prevent further injury. Also included is the BLAST® Bandage, which can cover a 20″ X 20″ treatment area to put over the water-jel burn dressing. Located inside the subkit insert you will find a set of bilingual (Spanish and English) verbal and visual instructions that help guide the user in the application of the kit’s contents.
