The Tramedic™ Massive Bleeding Sub Kit comes inside each of the Tramedic™ Trauma Kits and can be purchased alone here. This kit provides for the immediate treatment of serious arterial and venous bleeding.

The Massive Bleeding Sub Kit contains the SOF® Tactical Tourniquet – Wide and the OLAES® Modular Bandage. The SOF®TT-W Tourniquet features a 1.5 inch compression band, high-strength light-weight alloy components, and a buckle interface that allows for rapid routing of the tourniquet strap. The OLAES® Modular Bandage features an elastic wrap with built in ‘Control Strips’ to prevent inadvertent unraveling, 3 meters of sterile 4-ply gauze, a plastic occlusive sheet included in the dressing pocket, and a transparent pressure cup that focuses pressure onto the wound site. Located inside the Massive Bleeding subkit insert, you will find a set of bilingual (Spanish and English) verbal and visual instructions that help guide the user in the application of the kit’s contents.
