Cordura 1000D nylon is reinforced with X-PLY polyester in a diagonal weave to reduce stretch and improve structure, while a thin PET film laminate seals the weave to prevent moisture intrusion. Despite its rugged build, the waistpack feels surprisingly light and easy to wear. A hidden zip pocket on the back adds security, while internal mesh organization keeps small items in place.
